I started my career in e-learning and visual design before moving into UX and service design — and I’ve spent the last two decades designing for complex systems and regulated industries, particularly in finance, startupsd and publishing. Over the years, I’ve worked as a designer, researcher, and director, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build products that are not just functional, but genuinely useful. My strength lies in connecting the dots between user insight, business context, and design craft.

I’m hands-on with tools like Figma, Miro, and Optimal Workshop, and I’m equally comfortable leading workshops, presenting to stakeholders, or digging deep into usability findings.
